Been to Sandy Park about 10 years ago. Over riding memory were the 2 pint glasses . Very civilized.

Flying Ryanair Dublin - Bristol . there is a good transport network to get down to Exeter from there. 
Staying in Holiday Inn  Express (Pretty Central), got a decent rate that includes a "Hot Breakfast" (Sus)....... 
Working on a HQ for the weekend and also i the Exeter supporters want to do a meet up.
